You will be welcomed in a bed & breakfast room in our villa, and in four autonomous flats. All the land on which our villa and the flats stand is surrounded by a nice garden, vineyards and acacia’s woods where you can have relaxing walks. Every flat, finely furnished, has a big living room with cooking area and double sofa bed, a double or twin bedroom, and a bathroom with shower. They all have autonomous heating systems and Satellite TV. The “Mimosa” apartment is properly equipped in order to welcome disabled. The two first floor apartments have a nice terrace with a marvellous view over the surrounding hills, on which in summer and spring time you can eat or just relax. The residence has a wide private parking.
On request you can find everything necessary to prepare your home-made breakfasts: milk, tea, coffee, biscuits, butter, jams of all kinds, honey. If you want to buy your own food you can go to the several shops of typical products (we’ll provide you with the address of them), or you can go directly to the local producers for DOC wines, cheese, or liquors; in alternative you can eat out in the various excellent restaurants or farm holiday, just a few minutes driving from here.
Prices:
- Bed & Breakfast (per day)
One person with breakfast: euro 35.00
Two persons with breakfast: euro 60.00
- Apartments:
Prices are considered for the accommodation as a whole (not per person)
Two persons – week end – 130.00 euros
three/four persons – week end – 180.00 euros
One week – 400.00 euros
Water and electricity are included. For the heating the fee is 5.00 euro per day.
At your arrival, on request, we do the complete settlement of the apartment with sheets and towels at the cost of 10.00 euros.
(if you have particular requests or allergy problems you just have to communicate those to us before your arrival)
Our idea is to offer an accommodation wit a particular atmosphere in order to be completely autonomous, but we are available for any request.
Smoking is not allowed in all the apartments.
